Costs use the housing explorer’s dated plan prices and your allowances. Some required charges still need a quote. Advertised prices do not confirm a room is available.
Time saved = the difference in one-way minutes × 2 × round trips per week × active weeks ÷ 60. Cost per hour saved uses the extra cost across the lease, including payments during weeks you are away.
Feature research records the source, date and applicable plans for each finding. A published upgrade charge belongs to its named property and terms. When the feature price or lease year is missing, it stays unknown.
